We are 55 Seats, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a family-owned business registered in California, United States, operating out of Pasadena, CA. 1. OUR SERVICES

The information provided is not intended for distribution to or use by any person in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to law. We are a boutique furniture retailer; our services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations like HIPAA or GLBA.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We own all intellectual property in our Services, including all source code, functionality, website designs, text, and photographs. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity to comply with these terms; (2) you are not a minor; (3) you will not access the Services through automated means; and (4) your use will not violate any law.

4. PRODUCTS & MEASUREMENTS

Representations: We strive for accuracy in colors and features, but your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual product.
The "Measure Twice" Responsibility: It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure all items fit through doorways, hallways, and elevators. 55 Seats, LLC is not responsible for failed deliveries due to size constraints.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards and third-party processors (Stripe/PayPal). You agree to provide accurate purchase information. Sales tax applies to California residents. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors by canceling the order and issuing a full refund.

6. RETURN POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL

55 Seats, LLC is a family-owned business. To maintain our pricing, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including buyer’s remorse. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

7. DELIVERY & INSPECTION

You must inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Any damage must be noted on the Delivery Receipt before the carrier leaves. Failure to do so constitutes full and final acceptance of the merchandise "as-is" and waives your right to future claims.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Services for unauthorized commercial endeavors, data mining, or to harass our employees. You may not attempt to circumvent site security or disparage the Company.

9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services may allow you to chat or post reviews. You warrant that your contributions do not infringe on third-party rights and are not illegal, obscene, or misleading.

10. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action against violators, and manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

We care about data privacy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms.

12. TERM AND TERMINATION

To control costs, both Parties agree to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least 30 days. If unresolved, Disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. You waive the right to a jury trial.

16. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS." IN NO EVENT WILL 55 SEATS, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold 55 Seats, LLC harmless from any loss, damage, or claim (including attorney fees) made by any third party due to your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
