The 55 Seats Policy: All Sales Are Final.

We’re a small, family-owned business based in Pasadena. Unlike the big-box stores, we don't bake "return costs" into our prices. This allows us to get you the best styles and vibes for your space without the massive markup.

Because we operate lean, all sales are final. Measure Twice: Since we can't take pieces back once they leave the warehouse, please double-check your measurements. Make sure the couch will clear your hallways, elevators, and front door. Once you’ve ordered, we’re committed to getting that piece to you.
